I finished reading First, Do No Harm by Lisa Belkin yesterday. The book is about the choices (moral and ethical) doctor and patients have to make in a hospital in Texas.
Ms. Belkin brings you into the story, describing details about the person, their history and their opinions. She also explains a great deal of the medical jargon used into laymen terms for those who may not understand some of the medicines, diagnosis, etc that are used in the medical profession.

This book took me a few days to read, it took me in and I rarely went anywhere without it if I thought I might have a chance to read it. I reccomend it for anyone who is interested in the medical field or for those who would like to see how many difficult choices are made.
