Fated Strife

Well the Memorial Day holiday was ok, as previously mentioned had family up for the weekend.
I got to talk with Gina some yesterday which was good Her laptop is still screwed up so she has to use her dad’s’ which means she isn’t on much.

I did a Promyvion-Mea run last night with some LS members and some other folks. We “pwned” it quickly, made it through the promy with 1 or 2 aggros and no deaths! YAY Now all that’s left is Promyvion-Dem and I’ll have access to Lufaise Meadows and such areas and can begin work on the CoP missions more.
I am working to get a static CoP group setup. Got Lopey in for sure, Dhal prossibly, and maybe some of the ones that did the promy last night.

I have been having some horrible mood swings lately, they usually end up on the bad mood end for some reason. On top of that I have 3 days left of my crazy meds. ARG

uh hmm got my shots today, which have made me tired so Ima lay down for a bit I guess, don’t really remember what else I was going to say anyway.

Well Mary and Kim came in for the weekend. They got here Friday afternoonish I beleive. Kim asked to use my computer so he could play his pogo games and I can’t turn family down (too nice plus I’d caught hell about it :razz:). I got Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II Friday aswell so that I could keep myself busy somewhat. It’s a pretty keen game, my xbox likes to lock up so it did that a few times, especially at the most inconvient times.

Anyway so I went with Mary to my mom’s Friday night, we watched Exorcist - The Beginning, well somewhat watched it but whatever. Got home around midnight and went to bed, I didn’t fall asleep til around 04:00 even though I took my meds and was tired. So I got woke up early since Kim came up here to use my computer (didn’t mind as it was time for me to get up anyway) but I have been so beat all day. Went with my mom and mary and Adam to Johnson City, picked up my desk thingy and went to the mall for them.

I got my desk thing assembled and such, it’s a bit wider than I thought but it’s right nice, had to put it togeather a few times cause the instructions were not all that clear (keyboard tray does NOT go in the top most holes but the 2nd ones down and the top ones are just there for no reason it seems. Unfortunately the distance twixt the keyboard tray and top of the desk is less than sufficent so I had to toss my keyboard on the top of the desk which is fine but it is a bit too high for me so I gotta figure out what’s going on with that.

Uhh I guess that’s about it, gotta email Gina and then go and read and pass out, no use in trying to play FFXI much, I’m logged on but Dhal is level 66 which is way to high to pt with me and he has a static and I’d have to go and try to find people to pt with and then go to the camp and a bunch of crap which I don’t have time for tonight, might party with Lestat tomorow if he’s on and we can get a party going.

Today has been pretty listless as usual. I woke up around 08:00 (*gasp* a whole hour later) but then again I didn’t sleep well at all last night.

I upgraded the blog software to the latest one (1.5.1.1 which fixed some bugs or something). Which is fine with me but unfortunately upgrading overwrote some files for when I add/edit an entry, all it did was take away from my emoticon clickable menu which I can easily add back but I’d rather see that as a plugin or such so that I don’t have to keep going back in and re-adding it each time I upgrade.

I went and got my allergy shots this morning, I am out of my allergy med and asthma stuff so it was a gamble to get them but I have to either way right now I am just itching a little but it’ll go away.
I have noticed since I’ve been started on the higest amout of stuff I get really tired after I get them, I figure it’s my body just getting exhausted from doing all the combating of the allergens hehe.

I have been looking at some heatsink/fans to replace my stock one for my AMD Athlon 64 3000+ , not that I overclock or any of that crap, it’s just that I’ve seen bad things happen with stock fans at times and plus I dont like heat buildup in my computers. I can’t really decide between the Thermalright xp 90c, Thermalright xp 120, or one of the Zalmans or Coolermaster ones. all good HS/fans but with Thermalright you supply your own fan for better customization and cooling.

I found the following review of Episode III - Revenge of the Sith on Kottke’s site, I think it’s a great review and I have to say the 2nd paragraph about wanting the character to do something different than what they did is what has been bugging me.

I really wanted Anakin to not choose the Dark Side but we all knew he would either way, hard to explain I guess but Jason seemed to have captured it well in his review.

Well yesterday was ok I guess, I had planned on staying home the evening but ran into Chris and Alice, we went and ate at applebees as it was Chris’ birthday. Afterwards me, Chris, Alice and his sister went to see star wars again (it’s a ritual of mine and Chris’ that we see the movie several times). It was as good as it was the first time if not better, great movie.

Today I woke up around 07:00 as usual, talked with Dhal online some, got some lunch, cleaned Kiki’s cage, passed out, woke up, talked with Gina and played some FFXI.
I had an ok party today in the Boyahda Tree, I was in the party with a LS member bard friend, had fun, had a bitchy tank and someone aggroed a monster they shouldn’t have and it got us all killed.. well almost all of us, the warrior suprisingly made it out alive and warped back to Jeuno. Bah!

Anyway, I happened to order some items from the Star Wars Shop, (yes I do love my Star Wars). I ordered a 1/45th replica of Sidious’ Lighsaber and also a nifty Celebration III checkbook cover. Can’t wait to get them ^^

Ah oh well I guess it’s time for bed, I’m tired for some reason, I’ll read some of my book (the book about Zero) and pass out. Fun fun
