Well not been much to write about lately. I’ve been turned down for a few of those jobs I’ve applied for at the hospital. I’ve been applying for others as I get turned town so hopefully one of them will be it. The OR has an open PCT position again that I’ve applied for and will hopefully get.

I’ve had some time lately to play some games in my collection. First off, Megaman X Collection. This game allows you to play Megaman X1-6 and some unlockable content as well. I’ve mainly been playing X4-X6, completed X5, working on X6 still and X4 I’m playing on both the collection disc and on the original game.

Then I figured I’d try out Megaman X7, they tried to do the whole 3D deal with it but I personally think it didn’t work out too well. The lack of camera control really hurts, and changing from side scrolling to top view, etc is a bit annoying at times. I’d suggest at least trying to game out as you may like it. Megaman X8 looks interesting as well, I plan to pick it up sometime soon and give it a try.

Gave Kiki and his cage a good cleaning today. He ended up pooping in the cage once today but the other few times got to his litter area it looks like. He’s getting pretty old, 9 years maybe? I think the outside bath got him a bit chilled and disorientated, but he seems to be eating and drinking more now.

Thomas came over this evening and we just watched a few Cops episodes and went to Wal-Mart. They happen to be remodeling the store so the parts we need to get to end up being closed off. Makes for an interesting adventure.

I believe thats all for tonight.

This week was rather exhausting.

I went to the dentist on Monday and had my tooth that was damaged pretty bad drilled down and a cap fitted for it. I am currently wearing my temporary one. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t have dental so I have to pay $300 on June 1st for the permanent one to be put on, and then I’ll owe another $350ish but at least they’re letting us pay in payments. Afterwards I noticed when they were removing the gel to make the imprint it got stuck to some teeth also and caused some swelling and pain.

Went to therapy Monday evening, went over as it usually does. On Tuesday I, uh, didn’t really do anything. Wednesday rolls around and got to go back to therapy and they used ultrasound stuff alongside the electro/heat therapy. The ultrasound went off the gel stuff and hurt my back a bit and the heat and stuff has left a little burn.

Thursday I went with my mom and them to Bays Mountain park, I walked around quite a bit, body felt pretty good from walking and such but the back pain was very very disabling from it and I’m out of lortab until the 29th. I spent Thursday and Friday getting my meds filled/refilled for the trip. I also went swimming for a bit Thursday night.

Yesterday just talked to Angel (Congratulations Angel on getting your drivers license!), sat around some, hit up the walmart and got a new book by Max Lucado called “It’s not about me”. I’ve always enjoyed his books so decided to get another.

Talked to Angel Saturday some, he got up late so was a bit late getting online to talk. Talked about picking me up at airport and all, just trying to get the trip planned. We’ve been talking about what we want to do when I’m out there and he’s mentioned a few different amusement park like things, he mentioned he’s wanted to go to Sea World so I think thats where we’ll be going as well as other places.

I picked up season 4 of MASH today for under $20. Apparently Walmart, Circuity City and probably some other places are doing some sell on the MASH series for Father’s day or some crap so trying to finish my MASH collection! Only a few more to go.

That’s all I can think of at the moment, the Lunesta butterfly just showed up so it’s time for me to attempt to slumber..

Well the past few days have been.. boring as usual.

Got up around 9 yesterday, hadn’t got much sleep the night before (haven’t been able to sleep good lately) and talked with Angel for a little bit but he had to go. I attempted to sleep after that for a little bit but the phone kept ringing (the ringer does not turn off on the base for my phone, I can turn off the ringer completely on the phone itself but the base ringer only goes to a certain volume), Chase called about 9 times finally they stopped calling, then this stupid “Gallup” company trying to take some survey. Even though telling them no one was interested in participating in this house they continued to call. I think they finally stopped though, they seemed to violate the hours that they are allowed to call in though cause they called past 9pm one night and around 7:40am yesterday.

I got season 3 of Futurama yesterday, Circuit City was trying to sell it (along with season 1 and 4) for about $35-$40, but walmart had 3 and 4 for $20. I picked up some dollar movie they had which has 2 movies on it, some “Bruce Lee” (one of his many clones I’m sure) and Blast: The Final Comedown with Billy Dee Williams in it.

I decided to order a Guyver figure I’ve been wanting for, well, since it came out. It’s the Richard Gyuot zoalord figure, this will go good with the original Max Factory model I own of it and the Aptom IV figure I bought, well back before I had my surgery so it’s been out for some time now. I’m going to have to get some shelves to install on the wall to hold my collection more now since I’m about out of room for them, most of my figures are compacted together on one shelf or another so the extra space will help out. They’re also releasing Zoalord Pluqstahl as well as a few others I really want to get when they are released.

Well I guess that’s all, I’m waiting on Angel to get on so I guess I’m going to go do that.

Well yesterday sucked.. but before that we’ll talk about Wednesday.
I awoke around 07:00 plenty of time to go to the doctor which I did. He was actually there this time too rather than another canceled appointment. He checked out my back, listened to my problems etc. I’m going to be seeing a neurologist ASAP due to the frequency of my migraines again lately and the pain they bring. He prescribed Ultram ER (which is extended release Tramadol which IMHO is a crappy opioid for about most everyone though some say it works great for them.), it has made me pretty tired after taking them throughout the day (I take once daily) the pain has went away a very tiny bit. I guess you can say it took a bit of the edge off. He also put me on Flovent to manage my asthma and to keep me from having to use my albuterol so often since it’s indicated as a rescue med for attacks and such.

Today went with mother and them to walmart and came home after that. Colon has been all screwy which is off for my usually non functioning one.
Talked to Angel for a few minutes (hardly get to talk anymore) and frustration brings anger and such which I wish could’ve been avoided for out little talk but oh well.

Stomach has been calm for most of the evening while I sat here staring at the walls, it started up again around 11 but has calmed down finally.

Guess it’s time to go to sleep, just want this bad day to be over.
